Q: I entered the wrong shipping address—can I fix it?

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns on opened products?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless there is a quality issue.
Q: My product arrived damaged—what should I do?
A: We’re sorry! Please send a photo of the damaged item and your order number to PhoenixAlchemyTonics@pm.me, and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
