Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Phoenix Alchemy Tonics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS)

  • Weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Phoenix Alchemy Tonics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If this happens:

  • Please check with your neighbors or building management first.

  • Then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • We’ll do what we can to assist in the process.


7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item:

  • Your entire order will ship once all items are available or you will be notified.

  • We will notify you via email if there are any delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
