1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

The product must be unopened and unused.

You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Clearance or final sale items

Samples or promotional giveaways
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at PhoenixAlchemyTonics@pm.me within 7 days of receiving your package. Include:

A photo of the damaged/defective item

A description of the issue
We’ll either issue a refund or send you a replacement, free of charge.
4. How to Start a Return

Reason for return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
📦 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If your return is rejected, we’ll notify you with a reason and, if applicable, return the product to you at your expense.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at PhoenixAlchemyTonics@pm.me with photos and your order details.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process above once the item is delivered.
